What is 360 Medical Supply Return Policy?

Due to hygienic reasons, and caution to cross-contamination, 360 Medical Supply will only process Return Authorization on product that is
unopened and undamaged. An unopened product is a product with the original factory seal still intact along with all of the factory original packaging. All Return Authorization will be processed based on the unit of measure on the original order. For example, if the customer ordered a CASE of gloves/diapers, we will only process a Return Authorization for the CASE of gloves/diapers. If the customer ordered a BAG(s) of gloves/diapers, we will only process a Return Authorization for a BAG(s) of gloves/diapers.

1. Missing Merchandise, Damaged Shipments and Defective Products
a. Products damaged in transit should be refused at the time of delivery. UPS will then return the product back to 360 Medical Supply. 360 Medical Supply's customer service should be notified immediately so that a replacement order can be ship out.
b. 360 Medical Supply will take full responsibility for any products that was incorrectly shipped from us to you. Please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange the exchange for the correct product to be shipped to you. Any notification of missing or damaged products must be made within 3 days of the product delivery. Beyond this time period, all requests will be denied and the invoice must be paid in full.
2. Return Authorization, Dissatisfaction with Products and Credits
a. If a customer refuses a shipment, not due to to transport damage and UPS has to return the product(s), 360 Medical Supply will grant a credit for the value of the products only, but not the original freight charges. In addition, 360 Medical Supply will assess a $15.00 or 15%(which ever is greater) restocking fee.
b. If a customer wants to return product(s) for exchange, please call within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened. The customer will be responsible for the freight cost of returning the product and the freight cost of shipping the replacement product.
c. If a customer wants to return product(s) for refund, please call within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened. In addition, 360 Medical Supply will assess a $15.00 or 15%(which ever is greater) restocking fee minus any shipping/freight cost.
d. Return requests are not processed on any opened products.
